A Traditional Naturopath, an Iridologist, and a certified Biomagnetic Therapist.
I believe our bodies have an incredible ability to heal when given the right tools with the right understanding. But that healing will come differently for everyone. True and absolute healing comes from our Creator. Have faith, feed our mind, bodies and spirit well and most importantly, rest well in Him.

I began my training in 2016 under the apprenticeship of Kenzi Taylor, N.D., while studying and obtaining diplomas, and advanced certifications in Iridology.
In 1999, I began my search for the right naturopathic training. My interest grew as I worked in a natural health food store learning about herbs and supplemental support. While working at the Oklahoma Insurance Department, I wrote bi-weekly articles on health as the Wellness Coordinator, and while traveling abroad I sought every opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese, Thai medicine and acupuncture through my own experiences.
Coming from a family of teachers, I enjoy finding ways to help clients understand how the body works so they can learn how to recognize and prevent most of our modern day health issues. Through Iridology, muscle testing and traditional naturopathic remedies, I am able to help recommend a healthy lifestyle that will be most beneficial for you.
I believe we all have a purpose on this earth to serve and to love. I have always been drawn to the questions of why and how are bodies work and what we need to function at our best. I had sought help from several different naturopaths before finding Kenzi Taylor. Our meeting wasn’t by happenstance. God led me down a path that showed me the differences in how I was to make sense of where I was and what I needed to fulfill His purpose for me. Kenzi was able to tie everything together and explain why and what was happening to my body through Iridology, muscle testing and most importantly her faith.
Because of what I had been through, I had to borrow that faith. I saw His truth, but lacked the faith to stand in it. I told her she was doing what I had always thought a naturopath should do. Her approach and her faith was what I was looking for. She offered an amazing opportunity to train with her while going to school and I dove deeply in with no regrets.
Everyone is so different. I believe our bodies have an incredible ability to heal when given the right tools with the right understanding. But that healing will come differently for everyone. True and absolute healing comes from our Creator. Have faith, feed our mind, bodies and spirit well and most importantly, rest well in Him.
“Then Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight, and followed Him, glorifying God.”” Luke 18:42 NKJV
“And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”
“As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.”” Mark 5:34,36 NKJV
As far as I can remember, I have always been drawn to health. Growing up, I was able to experience two sides through my grandmothers. One grew up in the country, had a garden, but either cooked the vegetables in crisco or sweetened the fruit with cups of sugar.
My other grandmother, had a garden as well. And when I would stay with her, we ate apples with small slices of cheese, picked fresh asparagus and squash from her garden and steamed them with a little salt and pepper and a thin slice of cheese.
The difference of how I felt mentally and physically after eating from both places was significant. At a young age, I learned what I fed my body made a difference. Even though at home, we were not eating healthy food. Single working mom, three children, proved that difficult for us.
An unstable health foundation from the start, could have been part of the reason for an autoimmune disease I was later diagnosed with around my early 20’s. I went to the doctor with my complaints and was quickly dismissed as nothing wrong. I know more doctor’s now are much more aware of the telling signs and symptoms that something isn’t quite right.
That’s when I met my first chiropractor, Dr. Mark Morgan. He was able to pinpoint the imbalance. At first, my mother was skeptical and sent me to an endocrinologist who confirmed what Dr. Morgan already knew. I followed Dr. Morgan’s advice, and through adjustments and lifestyle changes, I was beginning to get better.
But, I soon left the country after that and was unable to get the right medicine. Life took me in another direction and here and there I tried to manage the imbalance.
Years later, I was back at home, married and trying to conceive took my husband and I down an unexpected, not so happy, road.
It’s a story of fear turned to faith. Fear that grew from the first miscarriage to the second, and stayed with me when I conceived my son. A birth that didn’t go as planned plus injuries from a bike wreck years before were discovered and left me with an inflamed broken L4/5 vertebrae, degenerative disc, and bulging disc that kept me from sitting for three years. Recovery and healing came from Dr. Morgan’s chiropractic work, a determination to get better, other therapies and lifestyle changes. Part of this story led me to Kenzi. And this is where God put so much together for me. He was always there, but now I could see.
Despite several more miscarriages that tore me apart mentally, physically and spiritually, my faith miraculously grew as I borrowed faith until I had enough of my own. God led me to the right people at the right time. God does have a plan. We only need to trust and believe despite what our circumstances look like.
With all that I had to go though, knowing health is a combination of what I eat, what I drink, what I think, what and how I love, I now believe my faith in Jesus Christ is what will hold it all together for me through the losses, the pain, the joy and the hope.
Currently, my husband and I, married in 2002, enjoy our home in OKC, OK with our son and daughter. We love cooking Thai food together, smoothies, chickens, and reading book series from S.D. Smith and the Wild Robot from Peter Brown.
Very soon, I’ll be publishing newsletters to share knowledge about health, new studies and findings, tips and tricks to stay healthy, and much more.
